ARTG is considered one of the major players in the group of companies that provide online customer loyalty known as eCRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management). Some of the others big players in this group include BVSN, VIGN, SEBL, and EPNY.
I see no reason to suspect this group would lead technology out of the recession but rather feel they would be one of the last groups to prosper as they are much reliant on bricks and mortars and other e-commerce co's spending re their internet strategy, of which most have been put on hold for the near term.
Here is 5 day on the entire group in this space: Looking at the group as a whole, I have little reason to feel ARTG has any compelling core competence over the others in the group nor do I feel they are any more prone to any further downside then the groups average...
