"And a strong competitive position" How do you know sndk will be in a good position? It seems like everybody and their dog has been moving into their space -- including intel. How do you expect prices to hold up as supply surges -- with uncertain demand?? I read a report recently that it will take 2 or 3 years for intel to match last years sales #s. I have friends who went to the same optical conference as William was mentioning -- his conclusion was "buy, buy, buy" but the people I talked to -- people at companies like Nortel -- said it will take 2 or 3 years for them to recover. For companies like csco, the party might be over. It is not the amount that they are down that matters, it is the amount they can up that matters.
