An April Fool's greeting (lifted from the Coming into Buy Range thread) on that "most foolish stock"--Qcom boards.fool.com Recap and analysis of recent events, contending that Qcom is now entering a second stage of competitive advantage. Along the way, reprises Alan Cate's FT article on "European telecom sector and its government sherpas and carrier customers" in which Cate argues the telecom sector in Europe is losing its edge and will lead Europe into "protracted business winter." Must say this is not the usual FT perspective. --Judith
