Wow. But that is govt manipulation. Lots of strange stuff can happen when those jokers get involved.

Heinz probably has it in one of his notebooks. I never heard of that and I was an adult, well at least age wise -g-, 20 years ago.

You are accurate. The Swiss government did this to reduce speculation in their currency. I don't remember the rate, but it was quite high.
