They are really trying hard out there in CA, but they face some tough challenges.

Dan, I wonder if that part of your post is really accurate. It sounds to me like CA politicians are doing what they do best which is trying to find someone to blame. The lastest is that they are referring to the rolling blackouts as greyouts.

I think the governor will ultimately take the heat.
