Trent Lott's Cocks

ABC National news reported over the weekend that Lott holds up a bill in Congress that would outlaw
cockfightiing in the United States.

Cock fighting is legal in Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott's home state of Mississippi.
It's legal in a couple of other states as well.

If brought to the floor, the news documentary thought it would pass. Lott has held it up for 6 or 7 months
I believe.

Secret cameras showed a typical cock fight. It's brutal plus people bet thousands of dollars on these
fights. I believe the betting is illegal.

And the fight itself is vicious and cruel. Metal spikes are attached to the cocks feet so that they
gouge each other to death.

Adults pay to attend!

Children under 12 get in for free!!!!

If Ashcroft would do his job, the AG's office would look into this matter!

But LOTT is a Republican so I imagine Lott's cock fights in Mississippi and the other two states will
continue.

Silly post. Very silly indeed. You should know better. Bush was duly elected President under the rule of law. I realize that many of us lost sight of the rule of law over the Clinton years, but it is a tradition I think worth maintaining. JLA
