Da Cheif,

The daily raw data, for example, AA is up 1.32 on any given day, is used to calculate the clx figures... but, after all the clx figures are derived, do I need to keep all the historic daily raw data of daily price changes for each of the components?

Thanks in advance.....

GZ

attempted to post a few columns of data. They look ok in the preview mode -- but then become a mess when I post it.
Chit.

Hello Don,

Thanks for that post. I know we'll all study it.

A question if I may. A portion of your post stated that "....best measured by the differential of the the 2 clx.s on a 3 day MA .."

How do we determine the differential? I set it up initially as subtracting signed numbers with the CLX Index as the minuend and the CLX PP as the subtrahend. Is that what you're doing? Or, is it addition of signed numbers? Or....<g>

Thanks and take care,

Eric
