Pitt property taxes have risen steadily over the last 20 yrs they used millage to bring about higher taxes now they have raised assessed values also and most people's taxes have increased 40-75% over last year last year's taxes were about 20% higher than ten years ago the big rub has been radically increasing assessment on land my parents have a big tract of useless land in back it is sloped sharply at an angle, thus useless but taxes went up more because of the big hunk of land crazy / jim
