i think he's wrong...too early. the TRIN has been spectacularly useless in attempting to pick the bottom of this thing...just like the bull market confounded everybody by the extremes it went to in every respect, we should now expect the bear to produce a mirror image. he's not the only former bear trying to pronounce a bottom here...with the Dow at 9,700? and the SPX at a 24 trailing p/e? i recommend looking at past bear market troughs...stocks revert to undervalued at the bottom. we're far from there. yes, there will be a bear rally soon, but it won't last as long as he says, and won't go as far, imo.
