Agreed, financial rewards to other countries should be tied to how much freedom and liberty they're giving their people. With freedom comes economic success, with economic success comes cleaner, healthier environments over time. The United States should come up with some formula in which to measure this, and then tie aid to the outcome of this yardstick. The worldwide economic pie has a lot of room to grow, provided governments around the world are willing to unshackle the capitalistic spirit and allow freedom to rein. Goodnight KLP and all.
