Here is a comparison of 5 different chipsets, including KT266, which actually looks good here: chip-online.com

Their AMD 760 representative is MSI K7 Master, not any of the "known quantities" such as Asus A7M266, Gigabyte GA-7DX or FIC AD-11, so I don't know the results are what they are because KT266 is actually very good or because MSI implementation of AMD chipset is poor.

I think this is just the English version of the German article posted earlier here.

No, I meant running the PowerPC native on an x86-64 chip. I do not think that Apple would risk losing control of their hardware market by running their software on an un-modified CPU. But who knows?
