elmatador- LOL. So the USA is not alone in bumbling government regulations. If the government would get out of the business of trying to CREATE competition by regulation and instead PROMOTE it by deregulation (kiss the feet of cable and BBFW players), then it would be a different world today.

We could have even been saved from the telecom meltdown because the CLECs would not have been fuel for the fire if they never were born by the government in the first place. -MikeM(From Florida)
