Art,
I hope you are right on 3G. My thought went like this: for WFII to see growth there must be customers, operators, preferably new ones without inhouse skills, that want to roll out new base stations, need new spectrum planning etc and I don't see many of those right now but maybe I'm wrong. I want to be convinced I'm wrong because I see a raison d'etre for companies like WFII if they can aggregate world class skills in their field.
