I doubt if two 100 share trades, even two days in a row, means there is any manipulation going on.

There used to be days when a 100 share trade could move the market 3/8 of a point. Just for fun, a couple of times I'd put in a 100 share market buy order at the end of the day so that my whole inventory of NEOT shares would go up 3/8 but it didn't really mean anything. A lot more people are trading NEOT everyday now and each of them have their own stories.
