Each swing has 3 component lengths.
1.) beginning giveback.
2.) middle profit.
3.) ending giveback.

Which shell is the money card under? Kinda hard to determine since the ratio of these parts varies for each swing so an alternate method for plotting swings taking into consideration give backs -- anchors swings to reversal points instead of extremes.

Based on your xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx it's possible for a large swing to have a negative middle section while a shorter swing could have a reasonable profit in the middle section. Agree? :-) Just a better way to visualize it, imo, especially for taking discretionary gifts.
