MEDI gobbling BTRN. Nigel, remember when we joked about this one! In looking at the Eligix deal, BTRN could buy them for the current sum of appx. $35MM because they were essentially bankrupt. BTRN even had to lend them $2.0MM so they could continue to operate until the merger. Assuming that BTRN survives with additional funding (which seems likely at some price) they should be a good deal for them assuming Eligix stuff works well. If MEDI 507 looks like it will work out, it would be a good munch candidate.
