The market may be crowded, but that's why there is the concept of the Gorilla. Out of the early PC OSes & Office Suites emerged Microsoft. The future of computing is at the Server, BEA indirectly competes with MSFT, but only really directly competes with IBM. IBM lost to MSFT, it will also lose to BEA. All of the other players in the crowded market will fade away. 3 years from now, BEA market cap will be $30+ billion. A nice move from here.
