Rumor that deal not going through as it has been delayed to close until June. Deadline for deal is June 30. Probably exacerbated by failure of recent deals. All I know.

After the bell: WCOM's S-4/A available at edgar reaffirms DIGX as central to its strategy; should serve as nice catalyst and then there's Friday's court ruling on the amended merger.
