Worst of all this kind of `incident` is not buit in the market, first of all the trade from China is a fact and any return to `cold war` frictions can hurt the global economy a lot..I think that Chinese refusal to allow Us diplomats to talk to the crew un-nerved the markets, that should settle soon..but I agree no room for big friction..Trade frictions and Chinese/Taiwanese problems can aggravate the situation..on supports like 9700 and 1138-40 this is the last one would like to have, but if by any chance we carry this today on these supports that would have atleast be a good test, with cumulative economic slowdown and strategic jawboning, accompanied by a sell off at key resistance at 10000 should break SPX,also SOX testing 500 levels.. and NAZ below 1785 should break the SPX here. If not this SPX level will become the base of this range to 1140-1185..
