Was traveling I-5 North bound last night from Harris Rand State 198) to Los Banos/Gilroy (152)

Significantly FEWER trucks than usual.

May have been due to forecasted high winds, however...

Right now I wouldn't trust anything the analysts say. A lot of them are going to lose their jobs soon, and they know it. They will say anything to try to get people to trade.
