Dude. I think you are totally living a lie. I think you are a total fraud. I think your mindset is killing your company. I think your systemic projection is like a cancer on your entire company. (It needs to be nipped in the bud) I think your company should terminate you imediatly. It is their only hope of survival. As painful as that may seem. We are what we think about all day long. What comes to us is what we think about all day long. What comes to us is what we dream about all day long. If we think about profits, and improvment, and streaming cash flow. that is what we will get. If we think about improved efficiencies. And better ways, and faster ways, and improving things, that is what we'll get. If we think about attitude, and perfection, and faith, if we think about those things. that is what we'll get. I apologize if this sounds confusing to you. I realize it may be difficult for you to quit your job on such short notice. But it's really the right thing to do. If i can be of any more help to you.
