well, I will not be selling Hawaii real estate that I just got an unsolicited offer on for 125% above the market price I paid 18 months ago. They don't make any more Hawaii ocean front real estate...or at least not quickly

gst, i guess that would be because you are expecting a global recession that affects the us mainland, japan, and whoever the other major investors in hawaiin real estate now are? i know that aloha real estate tends to be more volatile than on the mainland.... thanks, rob
