[My comment] This single development fab is larger than AMD's Dresden fab. EP And if you recall, D1C was an expansion to the existing 200mm D1B/F20 Fab that was already there. My understanding from reports, was that 0.13u and 300mm/.13u were 2 separate projects. Get it running on 200mm, then transfer it to 300mm. If they just got the first silicon working on the 300mm Wafers.... Gee, I wonder how far along they are, over on the D1B/F20 - 200mm - 0.13u side.... :-) Semi
