My guess is that the Nasdaq bottoms when insiders at CSCO, ORCL, and the rest start buying shares instead of dumping at current prices.

People buying here are masochists. Don't blame the CEO's here when you lose money as they are proclaiming zero visiblity.

We bought csco in early 1999, sold last Aug at 67. Writing was all over the wall.
