Just thought I should add the obvious that maybe everyone doesnt know. ATHM presented at a conference today and the worst of the collapse looks to have occured right around the end of the presentation.

I can just imagine all those analysts on their cell phones screaming "sell sell sell!". Something didn't go well. Likely something that was *not* said. Will listen to the replay when its available to see if I can get a clue.
