Ruffian: <<Qualcomm Inc. Reiterated `Strong Buy' at Wells Fargo Van Kasper By Sybil Carlson>> When did this come out??? Does it reflect spy plane issue? Short term, I'm concerned that QCOM gets clocked by this spy plane situation...releasing the guys is anticipated, and also, keeping the plane/secrets. Anybody have any thoughts on how this predicament impacts QCOM/China Unicom and KDDI contracts, etc. Also, what about Globalstar...has this been factored into the price of QCOM?
