"How would you answer your kids question?" I'm not sure. Was hoping to see some suggestions. When asked why adults have hetro sex I think you are safe to say that is how babies are made. You could focus solely on the physical gratification for either preference, but that would be a bit shallow imo.

Shep, Until they find a gene that causes people to be born homosexual, I will maintain that it is a choice of life style, but I don't know how to explain hermaphrodites other than that they are freaks of nature. When I was growing up, any homosexuals that may have been around stayed hidden in their closets. I made a choice that I was going to love women, and never even considered the alternative. After all, the anus is NOT a sexual organ. It is for the expelling of solid body waste. Anything beyond that is perversion, IMO, nothing humble about it. ~H~
