Everyone in the state has to conserve energy right now. If you go to the website called Pushback.com there are some ideas as to how we can all contribute by conservation methods.

Regardless of what happens, we will have to participate in conservation. I have no problem with it as I came from the northeast where the lifestyle is quite different from Ca. Our life of luxury will be a little less luxurious but we will all survive.

All possibilities will have to be examined. I have heard that the wholesale price for Ca has jumped to 40 to 70 cents where it used to be 6 or 7 cents per megawatt ( or whatever measurement is used ). I am not against any company making a profit but to trust private industry with a commodity that is essential to civilization is a mistake.
We need to solve this problem in Ca by not allowing this continued rape of the population. Otherwise, it'll spread to other states.
