it appears that ATHM may have announced a strategic alliance with Exodus and PSInet.

Good, I'd rather have our football stadium named @Home Stadium than PSI Net Stadium any day. (say it fast out loud a few times and then imagine what everyone calls it)

I'd like to make a correction. It looks as though the ATHM dump yesterday was likely connected to the filing of it's 10K rather than what happened at the conference.

Lots of warnings in there about all the things that might go wrong ("Risk factors"). Of course that stuff is always there. I'd guess that something there was new or struck a bit of fear somewhere. Not sure what.
