You mean that Intel does plan to produce 0.13 on 200 mm wafers for a time, before moving to 0.13 on 300 mm, right?

Considering qualification time, normal flow through the factory and inventory buildup, Intel would need to have production material on .13u copper running months before product introduction. Are there any Intel products scheduled for introduction on .13u process in the next few months?
