Dave, You might want to rethink this theory.

Rethink assumes think was done in the first place.

David, Anyone know when the ruling from the Appeals court is going to be out.

If I had to guess, the ruling will totally opposite of what Jackson did---to the same extreme.

Many still think the fall of the Naz started with the Microsoft ruling by Jackson. There will be those that hope a decision for Microsoft turns the market.

The reason this stock is doing well is its relative position in business after the tech bubble bursting. It probably now about 80% as powerful as it was before the launch of the DOJ case in its ability to lead the tech market. Getting stronger with each passing day, IMHO.

The only thing that stops me from being super aggressive in my buying of the stock is its PE in the current market. It just does not move from the mid 50s; nothing is happening that will make it move.
However, as the risk free interest rates decline with each FED cut, the PE looks pretty good, not to mention the pile of cash.
One of few tech companies that have visibility, possibly.

Can anyone make a real good case for buying this stock now?
(or did I just do that? <g>)
