Well, my wife found them in one of the local supermarkets, most likely in the mexican food section. i have not tried fresh ones yet, and dont know where to buy them. we have a local restaraunt that opened right around the corner from us called "CHIPOTLE" -- i can probably find out more from them when i visit them. avoiding them for now -- since its lent. i have also been experimenting with other dried mexican peppers --- for homemade sauces and salsas. Chipotle peppers are roasted jalapeno peppers. I buy canned chipotle peppers in adobe sauce... very good. However, today I saw dried chipotle peppers in the grocery store. Norma
