Actually, curling is a wonderful sport, and great to watch on TV. It's still one of the few sports which isn't overcome by money. Those who do it have full time jobs and curl for fun, and while some teams do get paid a bit, all of the participants who are wealthy also have regular jobs. The're regular people.

The sport itself is a fantastic combination of physical skill and strategy. I consider having curling available on Canadian TV more than sufficient consolation for the entire panolpy of American TV I don't get.
