A black bear looks at Naz chart and says rate of ascent from 800 was essentially unsustainable, and bubbles historically give back ALL their gains.

A REAL bear says we overshoot and go back to 450.

mark, okay, what is the current E (earnings) of the nas which is at 1780 or so right now ? 30 ? if we are lucky ? (i don't know the answer). a multiple of 20 on 30 = 600.

almost absolutely nothing for sale at 600 might be generous.
