Hi DLO, I have a "value fund" called Fundamental Investors that's shed some $$$ but nothing like some diversified funds. However, I still feel it's a bad plan to "sector rotate" during a bear market.

I've "rotated" my cash back into VTSS and that's about as far as it's gone. I carry a big resistance factor on my account for VTSS to prevent premature repurchase of the shares, but once I've crossed that threshold, the money flows rather quickly to the purchasing dept!

On another thread they were saying that the NDX still has a P/E of about 100. Ugh! Certainly VTSS contributes to that problem on a trailing basis as well as now on a projected basis. Guess we'll have to hunker down for a while.

Best regards, Tom
