If you read that report on the telecom sector you would know a recovery is 2-3 years away. So this aint a bottom, we cant get a bottom as long as there is lingering doubts on the viability of companies like WCOM, NT, T, LU etc etc with large debts. A lot of companies have leveraged the last few years. The last time someone did some leveraging the world almost ended. Wait until the japanese deleverage and then the hedge funds ordered to support that start selling to cut losses.
