Didn't you read the post I wrote before responding to it? I said "I'm not sure sexual orientation is a choice".

I don't know why homosexuals are homosexuals. I hypothesized that it MAY be more than a choice, because I don't feel as many people would make that choice as are currently in the gay population. I have seen a few figures tossed around here regarding the size of the population. I have always thought it was about 10% of the population (got that from a human sexuality class in college), but I am not sure that is accurate.

I also believe that all Americans have equal rights. It is nonsense to me that two men (or women) should be considered a marriage though. Utterly ridiculous.
