From the last post, the kind of capitualtion I was talking about wasn't the v-bottom kind, but the total loss of confidence in a system kind, maybe that is too gloomy a view but I think the realization that it CAN happen puts one at a serious advantage since most will not acknowledge the possibility, then again I am bearish on mankind -ng-

I don't think capitulation is the bottom. I just think it will open some eyes and start that loss of confidence in the system you are talking about. From there how far it goes is anyones guess.....

I take it some of your index crash poots came home for you?

Not exactly. Like I said, I wasn't betting much. On the bets, it was like hittin a blackjack on some, a pair of 8's into a 10 on some, a deuce duece when I was playing max odds along with the field and 4 the hardway on some, a yo 11 just to keep me rolling on some, etc. I wasn't playing index, specific stocks. I had decent gains on the bets placed, but I wasn't betting much, so overall I'm not a hell of a lot better off. Sorry for the blackjack and craps analogies, but that's all this is to me. My gains and losses aren't exactly an inverse of the Naz.

Congrats on the new career choice

I didn't even tell you what it was. -g-

The job thing was a long time coming......
