Bezos never promised an operating profit Bezos' definition of operating profit excludes many items such as interest, stock option, restructuring, etc which the new economy calls "opearting profit on a pro-forma basis", This is absolutely not a gaap definition. Plus Bezos emphasizes on cash position instead of working capital. Glenn: you already know all of the above. I am just posting for any newbies who might be oblivious to Bezos' wild distortion of accounting practices.
