I'm sure not all Oregonians feel that way; many are transplanted Californians. But I do remember driving through Oregon, and glancing over to the car next to me. The guy was flipping me off; I couldn't have done anything since we were on I5 just cruising along. He didn't look at me, just gave me the bird in passing. Figured out quick that it wasn't personal; he did that to ALL the Californians. Btw: state income tax not much better here; 8 1/4%, I believe. Plus local, comes to 8 3/4%. Some are moving to Nevada to escape...
