Ron. Currency debasement in Japan will

only fuel demand for that huge pool of savings to move to precious metals. And it's already begun.

As far as being bullish for the dollar?

Sure but only for the ST.

The deflationary effects of the buck going much higher from here are very dangerous.

The Group of Seven nations will be forced to engineer a big break in the dollar or our stock market and economy will crash to levels that are almost unimaginable at this point!

The Fed is STILL far too tight IMO. Particularly at this point in the cycle, with an already rapidly weakening economy; to have real interest rates at a + 1.5 to 2% level? We're playing Russian roulette with a deflationary collapse.

Greenspan will soon be forced make make even larger interest rate cuts to catch up with the curve as more and more folks out there wake up to the dangers of this reckless Fed policy IMHO.

Though we're likely to dip first as the Fed pushes the envelop on this policy and our stock market continues lower in here, watch the PMs and PM stocks go through the roof when the are forced to panic and drive real interest rates from positive to negative(GGG).

BE A "WATCH-DOG"!! The clock is running down on the entry window for the precious folks.

So, keep your engines warm, pick your entry levels, and most important: making money should be fun if you're playing this game right. And for heaven's sake guys, learn to laugh!

I know at least a few of us here are having the time of our lives!

Rock on...
