CIEN falling hard. Maybe nothing to hold it up as it approaches a year long low. KT

Most likely a bounce and continue lower. I am watching for some type of possible temporary bottom for today. There is a major turn date on April 6 that falls under weekly turns and it is hard to see that as a turn for up considering elliot wave patterns, chart patterns, economy, etc. Thus, It would not surprise me to see a minor uptrend into the end of the week sometime soon. Today should have some good down side, but there is also a large hourly turn today later in the afternoon so we'll have to see how it pans out.
