One aside that has always bugged me about our traffic laws. Why is it that the only time you can legally make a right turn without stopping is also the only time that pedestrians can cross? And usually the right hander turners are looking over their LEFT shoulder to see the oncoming traffic?

Sorry, just a pet peeve.
