Csfirst boston/Paine webber is now offering Derivitive products to smaller retail clients. Kinda like a collar, seems like they are desperate to raise money. they are buying 10 Techs including CSCO,SUNW,CHKP and collaring them they are guarenteeing 25% of the down side(ie they are selling calls against those positions). Pretty desperate act to drum up biz. They are selling this to conservitive investor's toboot.
