Lehman put out a very positive report today detailing Neil Herman's trip to Bulgaria where he met with not only AREM's people but also with Bulgarian ministers. He was very positive about how the project was going and felt this project would open doors to similar ones in emerging markets. He reitered prior guidance 1.30/1.85 for 01/02.
On the not so positive side, he said the co-founders had placed their shares in 'blind trusts' for tax purposes and some of those shares had been sold...didn't indicate the magnitude. This concerns me. I'd a lot rather see them buying, especially at these levels. Not sure how 'blind trusts' operate, but it would seem that blind shouldn't mean stupid or unguided.
Anyway, the jist the of report is that AREM has real people doing real stuff and and getting paid for it... which is good....and should open doors elsewhere.
I suspect the market has identified the "Price too low" for AREM in the high eights and a bottom is in today [I know, picking a bottom is a mugs game, but couldn't resist]
