OT John, thanks for the response. it's all about structuring your investments and cash flow so that one can weather a mess even as bad as this. sounds like you have a good job. as long as you can sustain whatever investment choices you're making without having to alter your current lifestyle or even modify your long term financial goals too much, then you (meaning all of us) are making the right decisions. good luck, rob ps. sorry to get off topic here, thread.
