More like suffocating!

1400? Is this week too soon? I still don't see evidence that capitulation has set in... at what level will be see that?
Will we will have to break 1000 before real panic and fear sets in?

In the last 2 weeks, people I personally know starting putting their $500-750K homes on the market because of losses -- stocks, not jobs. Those stories have been in the news, but IMO until you personally know someone who has met that fate, it is just a story. DuPont is one of the largest employers in my area. I am expecting more homes on the market after DuPont's 4% reduction announced last week. Unfortunately, I don't live in the $1million plus neighborhood.

I am here waiting with the vultures.
