<i think that new economy crowd needs to look ahead. whether ariba in single digits is a buy or a sell is really what they need to focus on, stuff like that. don't you agree? could you learn something from lurking over there ? i think you might be able to> well i'm a little surprised that you apparently don't count me among the new econ crowd, as i originally made it that way during the bubble, before giving back more than i would have preferred since then. <g> in fact, i don't think anyone looking at my list of stocks in my profile would accuse me of not being among the new econ crowd. <g or ng, not sure which here <g>> (no matter how embarrassed about that list i am now.... :( ) my point, ike, is that VIRTUALLY NO ONE, no matter how wealthy originally, or how much they made on the left shoulder of the bubble, could possibly survive this mess unless they chose to allocate assets to weather it. so if i am speaking to deaf ears here, count yourself and any others thinking likewise as most fortunate. best regards, rob
