I don't think its fear of dilution - XCL's shareholders approved more shares at the last annual meeting, so this is old news. Maybe the market just took a long time to find out, LOL.

XCL has raised its money privately in the past, and I think that it will continue to do so, until it does "The Big Deal".

The problem I see with the Big Deal is that the major companies all have been cutting their exploration budgets to the bone, and aren't likely to be too interested in a deal until the POG recovers.

Not one to be holding your breath on. It's down to $0.185, and lots of shares were available at $0.20 the past few days, FWIW.
