2) Forget the drug war; can't be won.
2) Throw anyone in jail for committing crimes.

Is that better?

First lucid thing I have ever seen you post in regards to politics.

It has been a dismal failure and has eroded more of our rights than anyone realizes.

Just as Prohibition, it just fuels gangs, and dangerous drug use.

FWIW, more people die from aspirin a year than from heroin. (Sourse CDC).

And only 4,000 people die each year from illegal drugs. Around 250,000 a year die from legal OTC and scripts.

Oh, but guess who funds Partnership for a Drug Free Amerika?

90% from the pharmaceutical companies.

You sure are informed, just like you are in the gun debate....
